Fabrication and Sub Assembly

Duct systems are shipped sub-assembled in sections with dampers, tabs, end caps, etc. shop installed. This minimizes field labor requirements and maximizes consistent quality along with on-time installation.

Capabilities Include:

  • Welding: All alloys with ASME certified welders
  • Materials: 26 gauge through 3/16 plate sheer brake and roll
  • Ductwork: Download from CAD, fully automated coil line and computerized plasma tables
