M&E Contractors provides all manner of commercial HVAC systems, from the new high-efficiency VRF systems, to traditional four-pipe chilled and hot water, to chilled beams, to geothermal heat pumps and heat recovery systems. We design and build our own sheet metal ductwork to standards tougher than the rest of the industry, and we seal ALL ductwork to ensure maximum energy-efficiency. From the beginning of a project, we build the heating and cooling systems with start-up and commission in mind until construction is complete, the systems checked and turned over to the end-user.

Plumbing PrefabAs HVAC systems have become more energy-efficient and more complicated, third party commissioning has become more an industry norm. Even with these formal commissioning efforts, problems and minor adjustments often need to be made after occupancy. How M&E responds to these situations is what makes us an industry leader. We have created the position of Commissioning Coordinator to streamline efforts of our start-up team and improve communications between the third party commissioning agent, the project construction team, and the end user. We have been able to measure the benefits that this position is providing. M&E Contractors is a construction-only company, so we have to go the extra mile to make sure our systems operate properly.
